Vice Versa

This film is about a young boy whose parents are divorced, and he lives with his mother. His father is a busy business man and during a business trip in Thailand, he buys a new vase which is switched during customs with a statute that was stolen from a budhist church.

The little boy and the father end up switching bodies and the comedy then starts. There have been a number of films made playing on this same storyline i.e. Father and son/Mother and daughter switching bodies but this film is my favourite. Judge Reinhold plays the father and Fred Savage from "The Wonder Years" plays the son.

Don't be a Menace to South Central

This is a brilliant film which stars the Wayans brothers. It has a load of one liner's that poke fun at various films that were made during the 1990's that were set in Compton.

American Pie 1,2,3

Each of these films are as a good as each other. However if I had to pick one, it would have to be American Pie 3 with the scene with Stiffler dancing in a Gay nightclub.

Wayne's World 1 & 2

Wayne's World 1 & 2 were films' starring Mike Myers at his best. Wayne is a teenager who has his own show called Wayne's World and it is co-presented by his friend Garth Algar. The two of these films are brilliant.

The Cable Guy

This film was directed by Ben Stiller and stars the legendary Jim Carey. He plays the part of a Cable Guy who is just looking for a friend. He finds Matthew Broderick and gives him free cable. This turns Matthew Broderick's life upside down.

Road Trip

The story is about four young University students who decide to go on a road trip to get a video that was sent to one of the student's current girlfriend that has incriminating evidence on it.

Starsky and Hutch

This is another legendary movie with Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson. It is an adaptation of the Starsky and Hutch TV shows. Ben Stiller is so funny throughout the film with his perm. If you want to watch something that is funny that you don't have to concentrate too much on then this is the film for you.

Nothing to Lose

This film is a classic and has a number of funny moments throughout it due to the odd pairing of Tim Robbins and Martin Lawrence. Tim Robbins has just found out that his wife is having an affair with his boss and decides to drive as far away from his wife as possible. When he stops at traffic lights, Martin Lawrence gets into his car and tries to rob him.

Tim Robbins is in no mood to be robbed and decides to kidnap his mugger Martin Lawrence. Trust me if you want to watch something that you do not have to think about except laugh then this is the film for you! There is a part where Tim Robbins has a spider on his head which is a classic comedy moment in the movie.

There is something about Mary

This film is legendary! Ben Stiller is in the film and he is hilarious throughout this film. If you haven't seen this film yet then either rent it/buy it today. There is a scene in the film where Ben Stiller gets his crown jewels caught in his zipper that will have you tears of laughter.

My Cousin Vinny

This film stars a number of legendary actors such as Joe Pesci in the starring role, Ralph Macchio (The kid out of the Karate Kid) and Marisa Tomei. Ralph Macchio and his friend are wrongly arrested and accused of murdering a shop assistant. When they are told that they need to higher an attorney, neither Ralph Macchio nor his friend can figure out how they are going to get out of the mess until Ralph Macchio remembers that his cousin Vinny (Joe Pesci) is an attorney.

This is a classic movie and Marisa Tomei plays the part of the witty girlfriend of Joe Pesci. If you have not seen this classic yet then you have to check it out A.S.A.P. There is a classic scene when Joe Pesci has a costume malfunction in one of the court scenes.

The Man Who Knew Too Little

If you like Bill Murray as an actor then this is the movie for you. It has a number of famous British actors in it also which surprisingly includes Minty out of Eastenders. The plot of the film is that Bill Murray travels to the UK to see his brother who as he arrives is entertaining dinner guests and needs to find something to keep his brother busy. So the brother sends Bill Murray to an event called Theatre of Life which treats all participants as characters in a crime drama.

Bill Murray somehow gets tangled up in a criminal circle and is mistaken for a spy. This is one of those legendary films that never got the recognition it deserved. You are guaranteed to laugh throughout the film. There are some comical scenes throughout the movie.

Trading Places

This film stars Dan Aykroyd and Eddie Murphy who come from two completely walks of life. Dan Aykroyd is a successful Commodity Broker working for a leading Commodity Broker firm, has good friends, plenty of money, beautiful girlfriend etc. Eddie Murphy on the other hand is homeless, trying to con people in order to get people in order to get money.

As the events unfold, Dan Aykroyd and Eddie Murphy end up being in the same scene near the start of the film which gives Dan Aykroyd’s two employers an idea for a bet which involves literally “trading the places” of the two men to see if they can cope with living each others lives. This is a legendary film, which would be a crime not to have been scene. It also stars Jamie Lee Curtis who plays the part of a hooker who helps Dan Aykroyd out in his hour of need.

Hear No Evil See No Evil

This is a classic eighties comedy starring Gene Wilder and Richard Prior. Richard Prior is blind and Gene Wilder is deaf in the movie are their characters are accused of killing a man who happens to walk into Gene Wilder’s shop even though a woman has just shot him. Before the man was shot, he hid a valuable gold coin into a cigar box that is used for tips.

Gene Wilder and Richard Prior’s characters are subsequently accused of killing the man. They manage to escape from the police station and are on the run from the police as well as criminals who are after the gold coin. The one thing that makes this movie hilarious is the fact that Gene Wilder is deaf and Richard Prior is blind in the movie plus the fact that these two are two of the best actors of their time.

Cool Runnings

This is a legendary movie about a disgraced Olympic Bob Sleyer who lives in Jamaica who encounters a Jamaican man who is desperate to compete at the Olympics. They manage to create the team but they don't realise how cold it gets in Canada (where the games are held). This is a legendary movie with the brilliant actor John Candy.
